History
  • Chalvington School was a residential therapeutic environment for disturbed and troubled teenagers aged 11-16 in Seaford, East Sussex. The School was founded in 1970 by Dr John Coleman, a clincal psychologist who following his experiences at Chalvington went on to found the Trust for the Study of Adolescence in 1988. The School closed on 9 June 1992.
